Newly established in 2019, the plant situated in the city of Camau, at the heart of Vietnam’s premium Black Tiger farming region.

This region enjoys a natural environment and a perfect habitat for shrimp aquaculture, with renowned high quality, extensively farmed Black Tiger shrimp being the main product for export.

Camau plant occupies a land area of 5 acres (20,000m2) comprised of processing plant and a newly constructed dedicated cold storage with stable freezing temperature to ensure optimal product quality.

Generously equipped with numerous Contact Freezers (CF) & Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) machines, and within short distance to shrimp farms,
Camau plant has the unique capability to quickly process fresh shrimp into final products assuring maximal freshness and shell life.

Gallant's Camau plant also able to produce various Breaded Shrimp & Fish products similar to NhaTrang plant, with particular emphasis on using locally sourced fresh shrimp as raw material for better taste.

Main products from Camau include: Raw/Cooked White Shrimp & Black Tiger Shrimp (HOSO/HLSO/PD/PDTO), Value Added Products (Breaded Shrimp/Fish), Raw Soft Shell Crab.
