| 1. | Reading Club--Employees are invited to attend the half day Reading Club, which is scheduled on the 3rd week of the month. During each session, there will special readers to guide the reading materials and exchange insights among fellow employees.

| 2. | On Board Training--Every new employee will go through a series of training courses conducted by every department leader in order to fully understand the functions of each department and the related tasks of the people in that particular department.

| 3. | Personal Development--Employees are encouraged to attend courses, organized internally or externally, for self-improvement as part of their Benefits Package.

| 4. | Management Training--All middle management team is required to attend the 2 days training seminar every quarter as conducted by the Company. This is a mandatory course, and the goal is to enhance the managerial skills.

| 7. | KM System--A Data Management Platform which includes each department's SOP, Product Knowledge, Abnormal Issue Analysis, Trip Reports, etc.

| 8. | Job Rotation--A system that allows employees to take on different roles within the organization which enables them to gain full view of the organization practices and experiences in cross functional communication and coordination. The goal of the Job Rotation is to identify the potential candidates for the managerial roles as well as the future Leaders of the Company.
